Airport Shuttle - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please Read This Carefully:
In this document the terms “the shuttle” shall refer to Saskatoon Luxury Tours or SLT. The passenger and or purchaser and or their representative expressly agree “the shuttle” cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of injury, accident, death, damage, loss or delay of the client or their baggage or other property delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or psychological resulting from:
1. The act or omission of any party other than “the shuttle”;
2. Mechanical breakdowns, government action(s), labor dispute(s), Canadian or U.S. customs, the actions of other passengers and other factors, including but not limited to inclement, dangerous, severe, unsafe or hazardous weather, poor or unsafe road conditions or visibility as determined by staff of “the shuttle” or other causes beyond our control;
3. Failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to instructions related to baggage handling, seating, check-in and check-out times, but not limited to, our shuttle pick up point(s) at the airport and or the city or cities in which we operate or any other location serviced by “the shuttle”;
4. Cancellation, change or lateness for any reason whatsoever. “The shuttle” reserves the right to reschedule, alter or cancel shuttle travel services at its sole discretion. In the unlikely event of change, “the shuttle” will make every reasonable effort to substitute comparable services based on the next available shuttle transfer. In the event of complete cancellation, “the shuttle” shall only be liable to refund the unused portion (if any) of this ticket or issue a non-transferable credit voucher at its sole discretion. Changes or alterations of any kind to a reservation, may be accepted within twenty-four (24) hours of the original reservation. Any alteration to a reservation after twenty-four (24) hours of the original reservation for any reason whatsoever, including late arrivals by air or other passenger or cartage carriers, are the responsibility of the client and may be subject to administrative, cancellation, premium surcharges, or other fees and charges or rescheduling as deemed appropriate by “the shuttle” in its sole discretion. “The shuttle” will wait for a late flight arriving at an airport for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes at the discretion of “the shuttle” or the shuttle operator driver which may be subject to administrative, cancellation, premium surcharges, or other fees and charges or rescheduling fees as deemed appropriate by “the shuttle” in its sole discretion. “The shuttle” cannot and will not be responsible for errors in bookings or reservations supplied by the passenger or the passenger’s representative, nor will it accept responsibility for the delay of airlines at any of the airports serviced by “the shuttle.” It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to make sure “the shuttle” has proper booking and reservation information on file. Any errors supplied to “the shuttle” for any reason are the responsibility of the passenger and will be assessed a service fee or surcharge at the discretion of “the shuttle.”
“The shuttle” expressly reserves the right to reject any person or item of baggage at any time before or during the trip if “the shuttle” or its drivers, officers, agents or assigns deem that person’s conduct, or that item’s nature to be detrimental to the safety, comfort or convenience of any other passenger(s), driver/operator, baggage or other vehicle(s). A refund covering the unused portion (if any) of the trip will be made without further obligation, responsibility or liability on the part of “the shuttle” at its sole discretion.
“The shuttle” will accept two (2) pieces of luggage as well as one (1) carry on luggage item per person traveling on our shuttles. Extra luggage, oversized baggage, dangerously heavy or irregular sized items will be assessed per item by the shuttle operator/driver and in no case will be less than twenty-five dollars ($25) per excess, heavy or irregular sized item. It is the responsibility of the client to declare any and all excess luggage or baggage, irregular sized or dangerously heavy luggage items in advance of travel on “the shuttle.” It is also the responsibility of the client to declare any and all live animals traveling with them. Any live animal(s) traveling with a client must travel in an approved animal transportation kennel unit appropriate for the animal.
All animal kennels must travel within the shuttle and within the baggage compartment at all times which will be heated or air conditioned to ensure the comfortable travel of our clients’ family friends or working partners and will be assessed an additional fee of thirty dollars ($30) per kennel carrier, one way per trip. Any "accidents" that leak, seep or project outside of the kennel carrier and is attributed to an animal traveling within our shuttles will be assessed an additional fee for cleaning, deodorizing, disinfecting, refreshing, restoring, sanitizing or fumigating the vehicle and will not exceed the actual cost for cleaning the vehicle as well as the cost for any down time that a vehicle may not operate while being cleaned. Clients traveling on "the shuttle" as well as their family pet or working partner who by any act or omission -intentional or not - cause any damage to any part of the shuttle will be financially liable for repair(s) in their entirety. The client/passenger and their family pet or working partner or entity financially responsible for paying for the “the shuttle” transportation expressly agrees to accept any charges applied for same to their credit card - without limitation.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to declare any and all dangerous goods or other similar materials, fire arms, ammunition or related hunting equipment (including cross/long bows), rockets, missiles (or fire works) or other potentially explosive, noxious or other dangerous or hazardous material(s) of any kind, animal(s) or pets of any description to be transported within or on the shuttle. Failure to declare may result in immediate discharge from “the shuttle” without refund to the customer / client.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain all documentation required by U.S. or Canadian customs. “The shuttle” cannot and will not accept responsibility for passengers denied entry into the U.S. or Canada due to incorrect documentation as it is beyond the control of “the shuttle.” No refunds will be allowed nor will “the shuttle” reimburse for any costs associated with documentation or customs difficulties.
From time to time “the shuttle” may offer a discount on the services provided to the public. The regular non-discounted full fare fee for travel on “the shuttle” has been valued at $169.95 per person return or $89.95 per person one way exclusive of taxes. Please check with your travel service professional or with a representative from “the shuttle” for details and availability for all travel. Any discount offered by “the shuttle” has been provided in its sole discretion and may be altered or withdrawn at any time without notice. All discounted seats are limited and must be booked at least twenty (20) days in advance for maximum discounts to apply. Gift certificates, prizes such as donated shuttle services or credit vouchers have no cash value and are issued to the original consumer only and may not be transferred to another shuttle passenger or client under any circumstances and must be fully consumed when redeemed and in any event no later than within ninety (90) days of issue. For the purposes of our agreement with our clients and passengers or their representative(s), no reservation will be considered as “confirmed” or “complete” unless or until the shuttle has received payment in full by credit card or cash at least fourty-eight (48) hours in advance of shuttle travel unless alternative billing arrangements have been previously arranged. All client reservation information must be confirmed by a representative of “the shuttle” including, but not limited to: client name; client address; client address for billing; postal or zip code; telephone numbers(s); airline flight and payment information in order for a reservation to be considered confirmed or complete. Under no circumstances will “the shuttle” provide open-ended tickets or tickets with no fixed return or departure dates. Payment in full must be received by “the shuttle” in all cases before travel on “the shuttle” may commence without exception. All clients must provide a valid credit card number and credit card expiration date for travel on “the shuttle” unless alternative payment arrangements have been established in advance.
“The shuttle” is a shared resource and not a private conveyance. From time to time it may be necessary to accommodate the schedules of other passengers traveling on “the shuttle” to or from the airports we service. All pickup and drop off times provided to our clients are approximate and are subject to, without limitation, safe driving conditions as determined by “the shuttle” personnel as well as schedules as determined by “the shuttle” personnel. “The shuttle” reserves the right to alter the pickup or drop off times in order to accommodate those passengers that are also traveling on “the shuttle” in its sole discretion. By traveling on “the shuttle,” or by making a reservation – whether in person or through a representative or agent - all clients agree to the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice.
